Food for the Soul

Food is what we consume to provide our bodies with the nutrition needed to survive and it’s delicious too!

When I eat certain foods, it takes me back to a time, memory, family function or smell that brings a smile to my face. It does not matter if I cook Italian, Caribbean, Chinese, Thai and many others, I still call it Soul Food.

Soul Food is made with love, tradition, culture and the right spices.

When I cook, I have to be in the mood to cook.

If I’m not, the food doesn't taste as good even if I follow the same steps and use all the right ingredients.

When you cook from the heart and right mindset (the right ingredients, of course), you too can cook food for the soul.

Just like this Rigatoni in the photo.

Do you make food for the soul?

If so, contact me to partner and let’s create food memories.
